Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of the TriDynamic Network (TDN) website and any services you request from us. By using this website, requesting a quote, or engaging TDN for work, you accept these terms.

TriDynamic Network is a technology and digital solutions provider based in Botswana.

2. Our services

TDN provides website development, POS systems, graphic design, computer repairs and IT support, social media marketing, and Android app creation.

The scope, timeline and price of any work are agreed with you in writing (including by WhatsApp or email) before work begins. Anything outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

3. Quotes and payment

Quotes are free and without obligation. A quote is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued unless stated otherwise.

Payment terms are confirmed with each quote. Work may begin once any agreed deposit is received, and final deliverables are handed over once the balance is paid in full.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, content, logos and materials needed for your project, and to confirm that you have the right to use them.

Delays in providing materials or feedback may extend agreed timelines.

5. Intellectual property

Once full payment is received, ownership of the final approved deliverables (such as your website design, logo or graphics) transfers to you.

TDN may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

6. Warranties and liability

We take care to deliver quality work and will fix reasonable defects reported shortly after delivery.

TDN is not liable for indirect losses, third-party service outages (such as hosting, Google Play or social media platforms), or issues caused by materials supplied by the client.

7. Website use

You may not misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.

Information on this website is general in nature and may be updated or changed at any time without notice.
